The President of Barajas and Sports Delegate of the Madrid City Council visits the Envera Building

Sofia Miranda has visited this Tuesday the headquarters of Envera in Madrid to see firsthand the social projects carried out by this non-profit organization both in the district and in the capital of Madrid, aimed at the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities in society as a whole. In addition, the visit has been especially linked to the inclusive sport that athletes with intellectual disabilities from Club Ícaro-Envera have been championing for 30 years to break down prejudices through sport.
Pyteco and Envera, together in protection against COVID-19

In recent months, Pyteco has become one of the companies that provide the greatest support to people with intellectual disabilities, their families and Envera's professionals thanks to the donation of material to face COVID-19. Specifically, these are children's masks that have been distributed to the children assisted at the Early Attention Service and protective screens for Envera's workers.
Envera participates in the 1st Empléate Madrid Forum

The deputy mayor of Madrid, Begoña Villacís, and the president of Madrid Foro Empresarial, Hilario Alfaro, inaugurated this Wednesday the I Foro Empléate Madrid at the headquarters of Deusto Business School. Envera and San José Hospital Foundation collaborate in the protection of the most vulnerable

Envera - Asociación de Empleados de Iberia Padres de Personas con Discapacidad, and the Fundación Hospital San José, have signed an agreement to jointly promote social and CSR actions and collaborate in the care of the most vulnerable people. This was agreed this Monday by the president of the Foundation, Manuel Galeote, and the president of Envera, José Antonio Quintero, in a ceremony held at the former San José Hospital in Getafe, which today houses various social services of the Madrid municipality.
Envera inaugurates the 'Coca-Cola Space' already enjoyed by its residents and students with intellectual disabilities.

Last Friday, Eduardo Pérez de Ayala, Director of the Central Area of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, and the President of Envera, José Antonio Quintero, inaugurated the 'Coca-Cola Space', which is already being enjoyed by nearly ninety people with intellectual disabilities, including residents and students of Envera. It is a sustainable space located in the Envera Building, headquarters of this non-profit organization, and in whose realization have participated themselves people with intellectual disabilities along with more than thirty volunteers from Coca-Cola EP that over eight days of corporate volunteering have helped to raise both a garden surrounding the residence as a recreation area that also has hydroponic urban garden for conducting environmental workshops.

Coca-Cola and Envera promote twelve emotional support meetings for COVID-19

More than 140 people with intellectual disabilities from Envera participated, both beneficiaries of Support and Care Services and professionals from the Special Employment Centers of all the delegations. Throughout twelve sessions and in small groups, the people of Envera have been able to share, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, both their experiences and the emotions and concerns that the pandemic situation has been generating.
More than 200 new jobs for people with disabilities at the height of the pandemic

Thanks to Envera's labor inclusion programs and the companies that collaborate with this non-profit social entity, more than 200 people with disabilities, mostly intellectual, have obtained employment during the last year, which has been marked by COVID-19. Despite the difficulties derived from the impact of the health, social and economic crisis caused by the coronavirus, Envera's Labor Insertion Service works tirelessly to improve the employability of people with disabilities.
