Envera organizes in Malaga the conference 'Women, employment and disability, a great challenge' on March 7 with Sacyr, Carrefour, Iberia Express, Illunion and the Junta de Andalucía. On the eve of International Women's Day, celebrated on March 8, Envera organizes a conference with leading companies in their sector that have broken the mold, breaking down prejudices by promoting the hiring of women with disabilities, a part of the population that, according to the Observatory on Disability and Labor Market, of the ONCE-ODISMET Foundation (2021), suffers from unemployment and inactivity in 66.7% compared to 23.3% of non-disabled people of working age.

Envera has made a new shipment of material to the 'Vicente del Bosque' Soccer School in Senegal with the collaboration of the company Iberia and MAPOMA, which consisted of the donation of 120 suits for men and women and more than a hundred sports shoes. The shipment is in addition to the previous ones already made by Envera, which has maintained a close collaboration with the School since 2020 and with its founder, Limamou M'Bengue.

Envera interviews the president of Pequeño Valiente on Radio Terrícola and joins the International Children's Cancer Day with its support to families. Every year in Spain there are more than a thousand cases of childhood cancer in children from 0 to 14 years old, according to data from the AECC. From the moment of diagnosis, the lives of patients and their families change radically, transforming their routines into a constant hustle and bustle of hospital visits and medical treatments. For this reason, families are calling for the 33% disability rate to be recognized from the time the disease is diagnosed.

Almost 80 people with disabilities have been employed in 2022 thanks to Envera and Incorpora. The general manager of Envera has signed the adhesion to the Incorpora Program of "la Caixa" Foundation to promote the employment of people with disabilities, especially intellectual disabilities, through Envera's Labor Insertion Service which, throughout 2022, inserted 79 candidates in 38 companies, which were also advised and accompanied during the selection process.

Sacyr Services and Envera have agreed to collaborate in the area of social responsibility to promote the social inclusion and employment of people with disabilities, especially intellectual disabilities, through an agreement that will facilitate training internships for students of Envera's Kitchen Assistant courses in Sacyr's cafeteria and catering services, as well as their labor market insertion. This is the case of Marta Hernández, an Envera student with a disability, who ended the year 2022 with an employment contract at Cafestore.

Since Fitur, Envera has been carrying out its Tour Disfriendly program with Radio Viajera, with interviews with the mayor of Madrid, the corporate director of Iberia and president of Tourism of the CEOE, and the Travel Xperience agency. With this space, Envera claims the importance of promoting a friendly tourism with all travelers, especially with those who have a disability, whether permanent, temporary or age, and points out the importance of these tourists who "always travel accompanied" and "usually do so throughout the year", as a competitive element for a sector with figures that show an annual growth of 22%.

The Communications Manager of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Teo Dueñas, and the President of Envera, José Antonio Quintero, have inaugurated the Radio Terrícola studios at Envera's headquarters in Madrid, from where the first program produced by Envera's residents with intellectual disabilities together with Coca-Cola volunteers has been broadcasted.

The Community of Madrid, through the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, supports the creation and maintenance of protected jobs for people with disabilities by granting 2022 aid to Support Units such as the one Envera has in its Special Employment Center in Madrid, which contribute to the supported employment of workers with disabilities.

Envera and Telefónica welcomed Christmas with a special Radio Terrícola program broadcast live from the traditional Christmas market that the company organizes in the heart of Distrito C, its headquarters in Madrid. Invited by the Risk Financing Area of the business group, Envera's speakers with intellectual disabilities have enlivened this special event and have interviewed the company's managers and employees.
