The round table 'ESG, key to competitiveness in the industry' was held at the Industry LIVE Fair (IFEMA) in collaboration with Envera. More than 34,000 runners of the Zurich Rock 'n' Roll Running Series Madrid, the most popular marathon, have flooded the streets of the capital this Sunday. Among them, ten athletes with intellectual disabilities, as the Envera athlete Daniel Rodriguez, have participated for the second consecutive year in the Dis-Friendly Relay Madrid Marathon thanks to the commitment of Coca-Cola and MAPOMA for inclusion through sport.

A group of seven Envera professionals, together with volunteers from the SEPLA-Ayuda Foundation and the NGO Guaguacuna, have traveled with the support of Iberia to Ecuador to collaborate in the training of teachers at the 'La Joya' School in Otavalo and in the intervention and assessment of its more than 90 children with disabilities.

The 'Good Morning Workshop' of the Day Center for People with Great Support Needs of Envera has been included as a good practice of cognitive accessibility by the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Policy of the Community of Madrid, through the Directorate General of Evaluation, Quality and Innovation. The delegate of Families, Equality and Social Welfare of the Madrid City Council and the councilman president of the district of Latina have presented today 'Madrid Incluye', the first guide that brings together all the resources available for people with intellectual disabilities in the city of Madrid and has been developed by Envera, a non-profit organization with over 45 years of experience in working for and with people with intellectual disabilities.

Iberia's Strategy and Finance management, headed by its director José Antonio Barrionuevo, held an inclusive day at the Envera Integral Disability Center in Colmenar Viejo (Madrid), where they learned first-hand about the social work of this organization, which was founded 45 years ago at the initiative of airline employees. Today, Envera is a large non-profit organization that serves 4,800 people with intellectual disabilities and their families every year and provides stable employment for more than 850 people.

Envera and the Department of Social Policies, Families, Equality and Birth of the Community of Madrid, directed by Concepción Dancausa, have agreed to carry out training practices to promote the employability of people with intellectual disabilities. Thanks to this agreement, Envera students will carry out internships in different areas of the Ministry, which will allow them to improve their curriculum and learn how the public administration works in order to prepare for competitive examinations.

Ten runners with disabilities will complete, by relays, the 42.195 kilometers of the Madrid Marathon thanks to the initiative promoted by Mapoma and Coca-Cola, which has been presented together with the Madrid City Council at the Vallehermoso Stadium. Envera, as last year when this unique race was held for the first time in the world, participates with its athlete Daniel. In addition, the organization of the Disfriendly Marathon has recognized Envera for its participation.
