Envera joins the Company Games to promote healthy habits among employees

Envera, as an organization that is not only responsible for people with intellectual disabilities but for society as a whole, wanted to join The Company Games at the initiative of the Human Resources Department and the Sports Service. During the weeks that the Games have lasted, a total of 25 employees and beneficiaries of various Envera services (Special Employment Center, Early Intervention, Occupational Center, Sports, Residence for the Elderly of 45 years and Commercial Department) have participated in up to eight sports modalities, winning a total of seven medals.
We celebrate 40 years of social conquests with a big party

Envera has celebrated four decades as an Association with a big party at the Integral Disability Center in Colmenar Viejo in which employees, beneficiaries of the different support and care services and their families as well as very special guests participated. A 40th anniversary, under the Honorary Presidency of Her Majesty Queen Doña Letizia and the motto Todos podemos ser los mejores en algo, which is a dream come true for those pioneer parents, employees of Iberia, and a spur to go further and higher at the side of boys and girls, men and women with disabilities, our influential people.
Training, key to the labor market insertion of people with disabilities

When Beatriz and Jennifer arrived in early 2016 at the Envera delegation in Las Palmas, interested in the opportunities offered by this entity specialized in the socio-labor insertion of people with disabilities, they did not imagine what they would be able to achieve months later. From the very first moment, both young women, 25 and 23 years old respectively, received a personalized job orientation according to their personal aspirations. After professional counseling, they decided to take the first step to begin a new stage, based on training, which would allow them to achieve the goals they had set for themselves.
Envera participates in the "4º ESO + Company" program of the Community of Madrid.

Through this initiative, students in the fourth year of ESO can voluntarily spend between three and five school days in public or private organizations to learn first-hand about the activities carried out by the professionals who work in them. Envera wanted to join the project 4º ESO+Enterprise in collaboration with the Raimundo Lulio School and the Nuestra Señora de las Nieves School, hosting two students, Raquel and Elena, from the first one, and one student, Alberto, from the second one, for three days.
Ana Pastor receives Envera at Congress on its 40th anniversary

The President of the Congress of Deputies, Ana Pastor, and the deputy Alfonso Candón have received this Monday a representation of Envera at the headquarters of the Lower House on the occasion of the 40th anniversary that this year celebrates the entity, under the Honorary Presidency of Her Majesty Queen Letizia. Envera was represented by its President, José Antonio Quintero, the General Director, Pedro Sobrino, Pedro Núñez Morgades, representing the Trustees of the Tutelar Foundation, and the training students, who presented the President of Congress with a gift made by the Envera Occupational Center with the 40th anniversary slogan: We can all be the best at something.

The General Director of Disability Support Policies of the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, Borja Fanjul, visited this Thursday the Envera Integral Center for Disability Care in Colmenar Viejo. Upon his arrival, Fanjul was received by the President of Envera, José Antonio Quintero, its General Director, Pedro Sobrino, Pedro Núñez Morgades on behalf of the Trustees of the Tutelar Foundation and the Director of Support and Care Services, Ana Magalló.
Fashion for all: children and adults with intellectual disabilities triumph on the catwalk

The Islazul Shopping Center, in its dedication to collaborate in actions that promote the inclusion of people with disabilities, today hosted the II Inclusive Fashion Day, organized by Envera, a non-profit organization whose mission is the social and labor integration of people with disabilities and which this year celebrates its 40th anniversary under the honorary presidency of Her Majesty Queen Letizia.

Envera celebrates Women of Influence Day on March 8

There are people who are born with a special power. Influential people who, without being known in the media spheres or having thousands of followers on social networks, are able to influence the lives of others. In the lives of their families, their friends, their colleagues... This is María José López who, at 59 years of age and with a physical disability, has a great capacity to coordinate work teams such as the one she now leads at the Envera Special Employment Center. With her, there are eight people in charge of managing the incidents that occur in airline tickets using a complex system based on codes that are indecipherable except for María José and her team.
