A dozen young people with and without disabilities have paraded down the catwalk that Envera installed on March 17 at the Islazul Shopping Center in Madrid together with Being Inclusive, with the aim of celebrating the I Inclusive Fashion Day. The event aimed to "normalize" disability in fashion and claim that "dressing is a right" for all people. Following the example of the New York Fashion Week held last year, this shopping center laid out the red carpet on Thursday to be walked by models with and without disabilities, who wore clothes from different brands, such as Kiabi, Inside, Pimkie or Shana. The initiative showed that disability must also be present in the fashion world.

The Islazul Shopping Center, in its dedication to collaborate in actions that promote the inclusion of people with disabilities, will host next Thursday 17 the I Inclusive Fashion Day, organized by Envera - Association of Employees of Iberia Parents of People with Disabilities, which has in Islazul the first solidarity space in a shopping center in Europe, and Being Inclusive, an entrepreneurial project of inclusive fashion with a social character.

The artist and radio broadcaster Paco Clavel visited this Thursday the Occupational Center of Grupo Envera - Association of Employees of Iberia Parents of People with Disabilities in Colmenar Viejo to participate in a new program of Radio Terrícola, the radio that unites us. Clavel attended accompanied by the journalist Carmen Tortosa, who describes the experience lived by both of them together with users and professionals of the Center and also of the Residence for the Elderly of 45 years who did not want to miss what has been "one of the most entertaining programs in the history of Radio Terrícola", according to its announcers.

Islazul has decided to support Grupo Envera - Asociación de Empleados de Iberia Padres de Personas con Discapacidad with the opening of ENVERA Punto de Inclusión in the shopping center, a unique and pioneering project in Europe in the shopping center sector. In line with its Corporate Social Responsibility policy, Islazul has donated premises (located on the second floor) to support the ENVERA Punto de Inclusión initiative, firmly committed to a social and labor project based on equal opportunities and social justice.

Kreab has signed a collaboration agreement with the Envera Group by which the consulting firm will support various actions to raise awareness and labor integration of people with disabilities in Madrid and Barcelona. Kreab will offer its clients and collaborating companies access to advice on compliance with the General Law on Disability (formerly LISMI), as well as other actions to raise awareness and highlight functional diversity.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, Miguel Tembour, and the General Director of Grupo Envera - Association of Iberia Employees Parents of People with Disabilities, Pedro Sobrino, have signed this Monday a collaboration agreement that will allow students in individual itineraries of labor insertion of Envera to carry out training practices in the public Institution.
