Envera, through its delegation in Gran Canaria, offers employment training for people with disabilities who wish to improve their insertion opportunities as well as different services to companies through its Special Employment Center, which provides stable and supported employment.

In 1983, the Envera delegation began its activity with a Rehabilitation Center for the minor children of Iberia employees in order to respond to their needs with early attention treatments (stimulation, speech therapy, physiotherapy...).
In 1995, the Special Employment Center was created, focused on the activity of manipulation, in order to offer a job opportunity to people with disabilities.
In 2001, the Canary Islands Employment Service granted the first training project with the award of three courses in the specialties of gardening, cooking and bakery.

In the services to companies that Envera offers in Gran Canaria there are a total of 17 people with disabilities employed, 11 in the handling sector and 6 doing gardening work.
We work with companies through our consulting service to help them comply with the General Disability Law and include Competitive Social Responsibility (CSR) as a strategic element to meet their objectives.
