Agenda 2030: Envera's contribution to eleven Sustainable Development Goals

From Envera we are fully convinced that the SDGs are goals to change the world and, most importantly, that no one is left behind. Therefore, we bring our experience of more than 40 years working to improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities in achieving 11 of the 17 SDGs, committed to equal opportunities and social justice.

Envera celebrates the celebration of inclusion with the premiere of the film Wonder in Madrid

Envera, an organization dedicated to the care of people with intellectual disabilities throughout their lives, has put the finishing touch to the celebration of its 40th anniversary with the exclusive screening of the film "Wonder" at the Palacio de la Prensa cinema in Madrid, thanks to the support of eOne, distributor of the film; Iberia, a company without which Envera would not have come so far or so high; Ferrovial, Madrid Foro Empresarial and Grupoidex.

Madrid Abierta holds its first meeting with Envera, Ibercaja and Iberia

On July 6, the Madrid headquarters of Iberia hosted the I Encuentro Madrid Abierta, an initiative promoted by Ibercaja Obra Social that counted in its first edition with Envera to talk about "labor integration of the different as a tool for balanced growth of the city". In addition, Javier Gómez Matallanas, spokesman for FUNDELA, and Consuelo Durán, director of Durán Arte y Subastas, also participated.

As the promoter of Madrid Abierta, José Francisco García, who is also director of the City Lab of the European Institute of Design (IED), acknowledges, "we are going to develop a series of meetings to disseminate the values of Madrid as an open, tolerant, inclusive and welcoming city".
