The Community of Madrid and Envera collaborate in training for the job placement of people with intellectual disabilities by facilitating the incorporation of students over 18 years of age with intellectual disabilities to work practices in the Department of Housing and Local Administration and the Social Housing Agency. The training began in 2020 and, after an interruption due to the pandemic, have ended in 2021.
The Councilor for Housing and Local Administration, David Perez, today presented a diploma and a certificate to the three Envera students who have completed their internships for a period of three months, rotating monthly through different departments, with the aim of facilitating their access to the world of work and learn about the functioning of the administration in order to prepare for competitive examinations.
