Iberia's Strategy and Finance management, headed by its director José Antonio Barrionuevo, held an inclusive day at the Envera Integral Disability Center in Colmenar Viejo (Madrid), where they learned first-hand about the social work of this organization, which was founded 45 years ago at the initiative of airline employees. Today, Envera is a large non-profit organization that serves 4,800 people with intellectual disabilities and their families every year and provides stable employment for more than 850 people.
It is possible that in our environment we have someone who is opposing or who is living a single parenthood. But what about facing both circumstances at the same time and, in addition, with an intellectual disability? Envera and Telefónica welcomed Christmas with a special Radio Terrícola program broadcast live from the traditional Christmas market that the company organizes in the heart of Distrito C, its headquarters in Madrid.
