Islazul and Envera celebrate the most solidary San Isidro with Radio Terrícola

Envera and its integrating project Radio Terrícola, in collaboration with Islazul, will carry out next Wednesday, May 9, from 12:00 to 14:00 hours, a special radio program from the Fashion Plaza of the Shopping Center where Envera Inclusion Point is located, a pioneering solidarity space in Europe. The broadcast will feature the participation of people with intellectual disabilities from the Envera Occupational Center in a program that can be attended by visitors who come to the Mall.

The Colmenar Viejo City Council and Envera sign an agreement for the realization of labor practices.

The mayor of Colmenar Viejo, Jorge García Díaz, and the general director of Envera - Association of Employees of Iberia Parents of People with Disabilities, Pedro Sobrino, have signed this morning a collaboration agreement to incorporate into the municipal staff eight people with intellectual disabilities from the occupational center of this non-profit organization to perform work experience for two months in different areas of the municipal corporation.

We can all be the best at something

Francisco Celso tells how, before coming to Envera, a non-profit organization that works for the social and labor insertion of people with disabilities, he had tried unsuccessfully to find a job. Even after completing several training courses, Francisco, at 58 years old and with a disability behind him, was rejected several times in selection processes.

At the beginning of 2017, referred by FSC Inserta, an entity specialized in labor insertion, Francisco received a call from Envera to carry out the Seed Project training in Auxiliary Activities in Agriculture and Auxiliary Activities in Nurseries, Gardens and Garden Centers.

Cristina Cifuentes and Envera participate in the planting of 800 trees with the Municipality of Colmenar Viejo

Beneficiaries of the Occupational Center, Day Center for Seriously Affected Persons and Residence for the Elderly of 45 years of age of the Integral Center for Disability of Envera have participated in the planting of 800 trees organized by the City Council of Colmenar Viejo and in which the President of the Community of Madrid, Cristina Cifuentes, was present.
In this act, framed in the Colmenarbol 2020 project that consists of the annual planting of 3,500 trees in Colmenar Viejo with the objective of incorporating 10,500 specimens on January 1, 2020, also attended by the mayor of the municipality, Jorge García and the president of Envera, José Antonio Quintero.

Envera and Carmila inaugurate the third Inclusion Point at Carrefour Parquesol Valladolid

Carmila, a company specialized in the revitalization of shopping centers adjacent to Carrefour hypermarkets, and Envera, a non-profit organization that for 40 years has dedicated its efforts to the care, training, job placement, residential care and guardianship of people with disabilities, have inaugurated this Thursday a solidarity space, Envera Punto de Inclusión, in the Carrefour Parquesol shopping center, located in Valladolid.

This place has been provided free of charge by Carmila with the aim of promoting social inclusion and labor integration of people with disabilities served by Envera in order to make their abilities visible. As part of this project, visitors to Carrefour Parquesol will be able to contribute to the social project of the organization through the purchase of objects and suitcases lost in airplanes and airports, from the Envera recycling center.

Envera Coworking receives the Social Value Award from the Cepsa Foundation.

The Cepsa Foundation has presented its Social Value Awards in the Canary Islands, in a ceremony held at the Tenerife Refinery facilities, in which the Envera Coworking project has been awarded for being "a pioneering project on the road to equality, with which they will implement a social meeting point to offer unemployed people with functional diversity training, information and support in the active search for employment in the digital environment".

Envera 2017: celebrating 40 years of social achievements

2017 was the year in which Envera celebrated the 40th Anniversary of its foundation and did so under the Honorary Presidency of Her Majesty Queen Letizia.

Four decades dedicated to working for the social and labor inclusion of people with disabilities, tearing down mountains of prejudice and with the goal of achieving a better and fairer society for all.

AEDIS visits the Envera Comprehensive Disability Center

The technical team of AEDIS has visited today the facilities of the Integral Center for Disability that Envera has in the town of Colmenar Viejo, Madrid.

The heads of this business organization dedicated to the representation and defense of the rights of entities dedicated to the provision of assistance services and labor integration of people with disabilities, have known the activities carried out in the various lines of business of the Special Employment Center: document management, laundry, handling and recycling solidarity.
