Ten students with disabilities complete the 7th edition of Envera's Cooking Course

The general manager of Envera, Enrique Grande, presented the diplomas and certificates of completion of the Formándote Cooking course to the ten students of Envera's Labor Insertion Service who have completed their training as kitchen assistants.

Envera and Islazul send more than 8,000 kilos of humanitarian aid to Ukraine

Last Friday, a trailer loaded with more than 300 boxes of humanitarian material donated by a multitude of people left Madrid for the collection point that Envera, HSI and the Islazul Shopping Center opened on March 4. The following day, a second truck completed the collection of more than 8,000 kilos destined to help the population resisting the Russian invasion siege inside the country.

Disability is a greater obstacle for companies than being a woman

"Life is not easy for anyone. But so what! You have to persevere and, above all, have confidence in yourself. You have to feel gifted to do something, and you have to achieve it, whatever the cost". This reflection by the great Marie Curie, an exceptional role model on this special day dedicated to working women, is my inspiration and also teaches us what Envera's motto has been shouting for 45 years: "We can all be the best at something", regardless of our gender or our physical, sensory or intellectual characteristics.

New edition of free cooking course for people with disabilities

Envera launches a new edition of its free Cooking Course for people with disabilities that will take place from March to July. The students of the last edition are doing internships in hospitality companies and 50% of the previous course already have an employment contract.

Iberia, ASF and Envera take 230 kilos of sports and school supplies to the 'Vicente del Bosque' School in Senegal

Last Monday, a new shipment of sports equipment sent by Envera to the 'Vicente del Bosque' Soccer School arrived in Senegal, where eighty children and young people participate, for whom soccer has become a means of inclusion and healthy leisure but, above all, to have a better future. The shipment was made possible thanks to Iberia and the volunteers of Aviación Sin Fronteras.

The Talía Group brings classical music to children with intellectual disabilities in Envera.

Fifty children and their families from Envera's Early Attention and Neurodevelopment Service will enjoy next Saturday the concert The Rhythms of Music offered by the Metropolitan Orchestra of Madrid and its chief conductor, Silvia Sanz Torre, at the National Auditorium of Madrid, thanks to the close collaboration that Envera and the Talía Group have maintained for years.

Envera joins Pequeño Valiente on the Day Against Childhood Cancer

Envera has joined this Tuesday the celebration of the International Day Against Childhood Cancer, which the World Health Organization (WHO) commemorates every February 15 to raise awareness about childhood cancer and express support for children and adolescents with cancer, some of whom also have disabilities, and their families. Specifically, Envera has signed the manifesto 'A better survival is possible' of the Asociación Pequeño Valiente.
