Envera premieres its new play to bring inclusion to the youngest through theater

The theater company Cuento contigo, formed by beneficiaries and professionals of the Envera Occupational Center, has premiered its new musical storyteller Cuando las niñas vuelan alto, an adaptation of the text by Raquel Díaz Reguera, with the support of Iberia and the NGO Aviación Sin Fronteras.

The project Cuento contigo aims to bring inclusion to the little ones and make visible, through theater, the capabilities of people with intellectual disabilities, breaking down prejudices and demonstrating that we can all be the best at something. This adaptation also extols other important values such as equality, respect for diversity and the desire to excel, demonstrating that with the necessary support, there are no unattainable heights for anyone.

"Al borde del aeropuerto", by Envera photographer Antonio Martín "Michael", lands in San Sebastián de los Reyes.

The Blas de Otero Cultural Center hosts the exhibition Al borde del aeropuerto, part of the 20th Anniversary of PHotoESPAÑA. The photographer Antonio Martín, with intellectual disabilities and member of Envera (Association of Iberia Employees Parents of People with Disabilities), has portrayed the residents of the Alameda de Osuna neighborhood for more than twenty years. The exhibition, curated by the Mingote award winner Miguel Berrocal with the support of Iberia, can be visited from April 13.
