The Envera Guardianship Foundation has organized an informative session on the new Law 8/2021 reforming the legislation for the support of people with disabilities in the exercise of their legal capacity, aimed at family members of Envera's beneficiaries and partners.
The Minister of Transport and Infrastructures of the Community of Madrid, David Pérez, received the Envera students who this week begin their internships as a result of the agreement signed between the two entities to promote equal opportunities and remove obstacles to the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities in the labor market.
Envera and Iberia have received this Friday representatives of the Spanish Paralympic Team to pay tribute to the athletes who have participated in the Tokyo Games in an event held at the Sports Pavilion of Envera's Integral Center for Disability in Colmenar Viejo (Madrid). Envera and Iberia receive representatives of the Spanish Paralympic Team to honor the athletes who participated in the Tokyo Games. Envera also celebrates its 30th Anniversary of Inclusive Sport, which has Vicente del Bosque as ambassador, and recognizes the figure of volunteers who have supported and support people with intellectual disabilities, especially in the hardest part of the pandemic, and in the field of sports.
The Madrid Marathon has counted, in this special edition after the pandemic break, with two Envera participants in the half marathon: Julia Durán, beneficiary with cerebral palsy, and José María García-Arroba, physiotherapist, who have run through the streets of the city and completed the 21 kilometers that make up the race in just under an hour and fifty minutes, which is a great feat that represents the values of inclusive sport that Envera has championed for 30 years.
Envera and the NGO that helps Cuba Hombre Nuevo Tierra Nueva have agreed to collaborate in assisting people in situations of social or economic vulnerability to improve their quality of life and achieve the integration of people at risk of social exclusion.
This was signed by the presidents of both entities, José Antonio Quintero and Víctor Bernal, respectively, in a ceremony that took place this Wednesday at the Envera Integral Disability Center in Colmenar Viejo (Madrid).
MAPOMA has done it again. After more than a year without the usual events that took place every weekend in Madrid, this pioneer sports organization in the organization of popular races has once again flooded the streets of the capital with enthusiasm, sport and solidarity with the 'Madrid Runs for Madrid', one of the most emblematic meetings for runners. 100% of the companies that participated in the 2020 satisfaction survey were "satisfied" or "very satisfied" with the RHD Consulting service provided by Envera's Job Placement department. A total of forty-four companies from various sectors with which Envera works to comply with the requirements of the General Law on Disability (LGD) and develop corporate social responsibility actions focused on the employment of people with disabilities, mostly intellectual.

Envera has received the medical devices quality management system certificate in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 13485:2018 standard. Specifically, the report refers to the manufacture of surgical masks type IIR for medical use (class I) that Envera carries out in its Special Employment Center. Thanks to this service, which has been authorized by the Spanish Medicines Agency (AEMPS) since May 2020, Envera offers a high quality product while creating eight jobs for people with disabilities during the pandemic.
The ENAIRE Project started by Envera in the summer of 2020 with the support of this public entity has ended exceeding its expectations in a year marked by the COVID-19 crisis. Although initially the goal was to reach 180 insertions, Envera's Labor Insertion Service has made it possible for more than 200 people with disabilities to get a protected and supported employment in companies of different sectors and, especially, in the aeronautical sector.
